Day - 1 -- " Arrive Delhi
On your arrival at Delhi you will be met by your representative
who will arrange your transfer to the hotel. Night is spent
at the cozy comfort of the hotel.
Day - 2 -- " Delhi
On the 2nd day of the Golden Triangle Tour Package you will start
the sightseeing tour of Delhi.
You will visit Raj Ghat cremation sites of Mahatma Gandhi
,and Shanti Vana ,which is the cremation site of Jawaharlal
Nehru.
Next we will go to Jama Masjid , largest mosque in
India and drive past Red Fort and Chandni Chowk. In the afternoon
we visit Qutub Minar, a towering monument built by Qutub-ud-Din
Aibek in 1199.Other places which you will see are the Humayun's
Tomb, India Gate (War Memorial Arch ), Lakshminarayan Temple
- a modern Hindu Temple.
Also drive past President's House,
the Rastrapati Bhavan and the Parliament House, Sansad Bhavan
also the Government Secretariat Buildings and Connaught Place
shopping centre. Shop for some time here if there is enough
time .Overnight is spent at Delhi.
Day - 3 -- " Delhi - Jaipur (206 km - 4 hrs)
Today in the morning you will drive to Jaipur . When you arrive
your transfer to the hotel is arranged by our representative.
Spend the afternoon, which is kept free for you in leisure
at hotel or you may venture for a shopping spree in the vibrant
markets of Jaipur. Night is spent at Jaipur.
Day - 4 -- " Jaipur
Today in the morning you will visit the Amber Fort, which
was the capital of the princely State. Here you will also
see the Sheesh Mahal or the Halls of Mirrors which has mirrors
encrusted on its walls.
In the afternoon tour of Jaipur,the capital of Rajasthan
which is also known as Pink City. This city was given a pink
hue a century ago in honor of a visiting Prince. This city,
which is 260 years old , is the brainchild of Maharaja Jai
Singh, the notable astronomer. You will visit here the City
Palace, Jantar Mantar the giant observatory with masonry astronomical
instruments and the picturesque Ram Niwas Gardens. You will
also drive past Hawa Mahal also known as Palace of Winds .
Night is spent in cozy comfort of the hotel at Jaipur.
Day - 5 -- " Jaipur - Agra (256 km - 5/6 hrs)
Today on the fifth day of Golden Triangle Tour we will drive
to Agra and visit Fatehpur Sikri on our way which is 40 km
from Agra. It was built by Emperor Akbar in 1569 ,though he
left it after 15 years due to scarcity of water. You will
also vista other tourist hotspots like graceful buildings
including the Jama Masjid, Tomb of Salim Chisti, Panch Mahal
etc.Overnight is at Agra.
Day - 6 -- " Agra - Delhi (203 km - 3 hrs)
In the morning you will visit the marvel in stone , Taj
Mahal which is also one of the wonders of the world. The Taj
Mahal built by the Mughul Emperor Shahjehan is fully of marble
and is truly a symbol of love. Later on you will visit the
Agra Fort which has the Pearl Mosque, Diwan-i-Aam,the Halls
of Public Audience and Diwan-i-Khas the Halls of Private Audience.
Also visit the Tomb of Itmad-ud-Daullah which was built by
Empress Noorjehan in memory of her father.
In the afternoon drive to Delhi. On your arrival your transfer
to Indira Gandhi International Airport is arranged for your
onward journey back home.
